An item or items may be eligible for return or replacement if fulfills the following conditions:
Was delivered in a physically damaged condition or was different from what was ordered.
Refund’s Terms & Conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging as delivered.
- If a package is opened or used those products are not applicable for return.
- Information about the same should be mailed on the same day of receiving goods with their original packaging images.
- Return of products should be made within 7 days from receiving date.
- Shipping charges and packing charges cannot be refunded in any case.
- Customers should return products to the store at their own risk, no charges will be paid. Only the product value will be refunded to your original source of payment.
- Once the returned products reach the store with the above-mentioned conditions amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 Business days to your original source of payment.
- Please note there is a maximum time of 15 days for your refund to be credited to your original source of payment in case of any technical or server issue.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
